Are you kidding me? I saw the preview for issue 6 and it's not your art. You leaving us again Mike? DO you know how long I've been waiting for the promiced second herobear series? I'm totally disapointed man!
My 9 year-old daughter asked me when the next issue of Shazam was coming out and I told her that you were no longer the artist so I didn't know that we'd be picking it up.
hey guys, so glad you've been liking what i've been doing with the big red cheese. the next story arc is a 2 parter, so we'll see how that drops in now with the new teams. i'd hate for it to be broken up by fill-in issues, so we may slide it to come out together. makes sense, huh? :) anyway, more coming soon. all the best, mike . . .
claeface73! don't give up on Herobear. my publishing rights had been all tied up with Universal Pictures when i was developing it for them for a movie. so i couldn't publish for a while. finally all the rights and everything reverted back to me and i can do publishing again! wahooo! so i'm working on the next graphic novel of Herobear. i'll keep everyone posted. all the best, m . . .
Wouldn't it be great if the second part of your Sivana story came out in June. Count me in for buying several copies if that happened. Of course I would buy several copies anyway just to support a great Captain Marvel book.
grrr.... I'm a big fan of the original Captain Marvel. You're work was great, as it was in the vein of the originals, with a fresh spin on the character, and without the strains of the DCU. I'm really sad that you won't be working on the series after issue 6. I'm probably done with the series, since you had a signature style with it, that I'm pretty sure other artists wont be able to properly emulate
Hey Mike, I haven't seen an update for a while. Are you still going to be working on the Marvel family in the future? Could you give us some details of how it is going to work with another team?
